Brian Friel’s Faith Healer is a haunting and poetic masterpiece told through a series of monologues. Frank Hardy, an itinerant faith healer, travels through rural villages with his wife Grace and his manager Teddy. Each recounts their version of events, presenting overlapping and contradictory memories of love, faith, failure, and redemption. The play explores the fragility of truth, the burden of belief, and the thin line between miracle and delusion.
